How are orders shipped?

All our orders are shipped from New Hampshire through the United States Postal Service.

Do we ship internationally?

We do! We ship to most countries via USPS. Items that are shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and or other charges which are not included in the the total cost of your order. Nor will they be covered by Squid Ink Cosmetics, LLC.  We are not responsible for shipping deliveries effected by customs, natural occurrences, or delays. Please contact your countries customs to calculate additional costs you may endure. 

Returns

We have a 30 day return policy.  If 30 days has passed since your order, sadly we cannot offer a refund.  Eligible returns must be unused and in the same condition as when you purchased it.  We do require proof of purchase with every return so please include your receipt or order number.  We do not cover returned item shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected you will receive an email from us notifiting we have received your return.  If your return is approved, you will receive a credit to your credit card or method of payment used at date of purchase. Shipping costs are non refundable so your refund will only be in the amount of the product.
